Track Idler

JUMP’s expansive range of idler assemblies are all supplied as fully assembled, sealed units, ready to install. We typically uses a rolled and forged outer running surface construction for idlers. Whilst a slower and more expensive process than typical cast idlers, forging provides more impact resistance and wear life. Forging allows for deeper and harder heat treatment outcomes as well as flexibility which outperforms substantially the brittle nature of cast steel.
